Les Coups de Pied Francaises

The staff here actually made an effort to miss The French Kicks when they opened for The Futureheads. Having never heard their music before but having glanced at photos of them, we judgmentally wrote them off as a likely "Style Rock" band. Why? Cause some of the staff here are dicks.

So to our dismay when we arrived the French were still on stage with their instruments...playing them. And obviously since we're writing about them you've concluded that we had to eat our words.

Their new record Two Thousand which we just got is really good and it's all we've wanted to listen to in the office.
