Rat, Cats Resuscitated After Idaho Fire
A pet rat is given oxygen by a Pocatello, Idaho, firefighter after being pulled from a house fire in Pocatello on Monday. The rat was found by a firefighter in a partially-burned cage. Five of the six cats in the home were also saved from the fire and given oxygen (They received oxygen through a special mask designed for small animals that the department got two years ago.).
One of the best things I've heard this year is the new ep from Yellow Fever on Hugpatch Records, go to their Myspace page and listen to their song Cats and Rats, it's the bomb y'all.

the only page i can really understand in the free morning paper handed out in the metro is a page of interesting pictures from around the world and yesterday's picture page included that little rat in his oxygen mask! This proves that Dog Fancy's least favorite blog is on the cutting edge of international news.You beat them by two days I think! Way to go!!!! meow,
